FLOW LEVELS

Flow levels are bench marked by the smooth way the poses run together and become a dance like movement, combined with easy breath. You will increase flexibility, develop strength, re-energize your body, relax your mind and be able to move safely. You are welcome to join whether new to yoga or experienced, if you are in good health, have no injuries, are able-bodied, active and understand modifications. You need strong body awareness and to be in good health to join these levels. Often referred to as Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Flow or Power yoga.

LEVEL 8 FLOW INTRO

In Intro yoga, you will gain a strong yoga foundation; learn how the core yoga poses take shape and how to string poses together. Expect relaxation and a moderate pace. You need to be in good physical condition and have strong body knowledge to be in this program; however little to no yoga experience is required.

LEVEL 9 FLOW STRONG

In Strong yoga you should have good knowledge of yoga movement, personal modifications and be in good health. The pace will vary from slow to fast. This program is in equal parts relaxation, strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. This program is best suited for experienced yoga participants or those looking for a challenge.

LEVEL 10 FLOW COMBINATION

Combination yoga incorporates a variety of fitness disciplines for you to enjoy along with yoga. From balance ball, weights, running, cycling, fitness training, the list is endless in how yoga is used in combinations. You need to be in good physical condition and have strong body knowledge to be in this program.
