The Breathe level encompasses our wellness workshops, philosophy talks and a dive into the history of yoga. The Breathe level teaches you how to rest rather than do, reflect rather than take action and start to breathe easier!
You will find Breathe level woven into all 10 levels since breathe is the foundation of yoga. Deeper studies include: Pranayama (breathe work/energy), Meditation (focus/self study), Mantra (vibration/song) along with Asana (movement/poses). Yoga is more than movement!
LEVEL 1 – BREATHE
Breathe level is designed for those interested in meditation, personal growth, stress reduction and restfulness. Open to all levels, however, participants should be comfortable with mat work where noted.
