Let’s be honest. Traditional gyms are not for everyone. Rigorous workouts and advanced equipment can be intimidating for some and not feasible for others. Since yoga is simply about moving (even just a little bit) it is easily adaptable for people of all abilities. You don’t have to be a top level athlete to succeed.

YOU will find classes to aid in your recovery, get you moving softly and slowly show you the steps of yoga.
After an introduction to the main poses, learn to string them together and learn how to flow effortlessly.

Ten Yoga Studio programs are registration based and include 4-8 classes per season. We begin each new season in January, April, July and September.
